**Overview:**

The Lead Coordinator will be primarily responsible for converting leads into appointments through consistent and personalized follow-up.

**Duties:**

- Record, source, assign, and track all leads. First point of contact in handling customer inquiries.

- Manage cultivation of leads from acquisition to conversion.

- Connect converted leads with the Sales Agents.

- Maintain contact database system and back office support. Ensure all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed.

- Keep the Leadership informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.

**Skills:**

- Active real estate license (or the willingness to obtain one)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good organizational abilities

- Proficient with a variety of common computer softwares (Google products, contact management software, etc)

- An ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
